i take it you are using CCAPI? have you made sure that you have installled CCAPI on your PS3 correctly and that on the console manager on the PC you have the right IP address connecting?

if its failing to attach make sure your not using Phantom Mod menu as well as if you use any of Enstones newer mod menus it doesnt allow for any other tools to be attached,

try using a different eboot as well
