I feel like i have to say this atleast once a day.

1. No you cannot mod BO2 on OFW.

2. If you could mod BO2 on OFW. You would have no anti-ban eboot and you cannot spoof your console ID so therefore you would get account banned/Console banned fast. So its probably a good thing you cannot mod on BO2 on OFW. Buy a jailbreak.
