Sounds like a possible brick. Are you aware of what your getting yourself into doing this kind of stuff? If this is still an issue I will try my best to help

Yes mate i have done a few consoles just never had this problem the only thong i can think about doing is solder from tristate.to grnd and see if that keeps it on ? What you think
