they are sensitive to shit discs ...all you can do is keep cleaning the disc ...i use toothpaste iff i have a real crap disc

true **** lol, though idk why anyone would use irisman unless they where using a no bd console and not using webman or playing iso copies, but like you pretty much said disc needs to be 100% readable, i've had issues copying games with scratches in the past and with some firmware settings that have caused issues with the copyed game. copying disc while using mamba payload, like it would copy but would spit of a error on load(4.75ITA with webman mod), but copying the game while using cobra or standard works fine or if i disabled mamba then copied the game then swapped back.

its probably your settings, are you using multiman? if not thats what i'd recommend.

I forgot if you can do this or not, but if you can give permissions to disc version then try to copy it. If not, then it would be easier to just use the disc.
