CID BAN/MAC BAN difference point?

Today I got CID BAN. I used about 1 years this CID....

Then, I changed 3 Private CIDs. but, All got CID BAN same Day.
I dont blive......

I think MAC BAN. So, I have tried sign in with New acc and other PS3 Console with this CID. but, same....

Of course I used PSNinja, PSN Patch (disable CFW), spoof cid everytime.

this is just only cid ban?
i think ip/mac ban or black list my console from sony server. if i have buy cid good seller, maybe my console do insta ban.

because i got 3 cid banned in same day. Impossible normally.

change new cid → Confirmation sign
in and OK → then Registration new PSN account through XMB sign up button

maybe i think my console got black list? or ip/mac banned?
same day i got 3 good cid banned....
