the issue might be cause by one of the following
1.bad eboot or incorrect eboot
2. have a patch_mp.ff from wrong region
3. you game could have corrupted files. on older firmwares like 4.46 - 4.75.1 games corruption was a small issue with webman when console froze out of no where.
4. there could be something wrong with consoles settings.
5. a bad plug in "such as a sprx"
6. something wrong with the consoles hardware "won't be the issue in your case"

9/10 its just a small thing that's easy to fix.

have u tried loading with a different loader such as multiman? if it loads up fine then it will be a webman issue, if it freezes still then it might be an issue with your game
