Never went into debugging mode, but assuming you can't access the debug settings anymore, so have you tried reinstall your firmware through recovery menu?

Can you connect with TMAPI? you are able to reset it back to normal through TMAPI

try install prodg target manager here if you dont have it You must login or register to view this content.
connect you ps3 right click on you ps3
go to reset mode and set it to system software mode You must login or register to view this content.

will i still have everythang on my ps3 if i do that ? bc i just bought this the other day got home and its stuck on this screen i go to quit program send me to a black screen

thank u so much the holding down of wower botton worked but now i got a nother problem i go to load gta 5 and it keeps sending me back to xmb screen but if i change the boot mode it dont load up my bo2 game

Are you running GTA or BO2 from disc or from backup?
