Go back to computer drag the cyborg and dragon camo pkg out of usb to computer rename the file by right clicking it name it something short like cyborg.pkg then put back to usb and plug on PS3 it should fix it I believe that it's the file name too long that's why it's loading in install package files.

thanks man it works. weird tho considered i have pkg files with way longer names and they load fine. well at least I works.
