well bassiccaly the easyest way you can tell is that the debug systems have * stars next to the folders like at

Doesn't look like a debug from the case. Anyway this is a jig and should work on all consoles.

They aren't just for debugs. I've seen a video of it working on a PS3 slim. And I'm sure there isn't any PS3 slim debug units.
