According to eol, in order for the application to run the PSP Phat must have a 5.00 m33 CFW and a 1.50 kernel addon. However it is a proof of concept only.
This is the application that they compiled...

I had the original link a while ago where all these spanish people where posting all this info on what theyve found with the psp jailbreak issue and i saw on the last recent page that picture along with a download link for the app. but the guy said it wouldnt seeing as it is a Proof Of Concept

This is real I have try it but for know it only turns the psp in to the usb emulator. But still the code has to be corrected for the exploit to work perfectly.
