My problem is: I leave lagging for about 5 seconds and all players freeze i shoot then in the head like 3 times then turn of the lag but they don't die when i unlag they just disappear to the place they went to. The only thing i can lag kill is to freeze them then stick them with a grenade then unlag but even that doesnt kill them sometimes. Is there a way to fix this?

its just the way the game is. i'm guessing that if you're the host then it will probably allow you to kill people... the reason the grenade works is because it probably explodes after you flip back.
