There is a tutorial here on how to install this with the hex for this specific board . This can be found here: You must login or register to view this content. There is no soldering required just a bit of software and a few jumper pins to turn it into programmer mode.

I am going to be buying a few more boards soon but this one hasnt arived yet :confused:. Probably out of stock.
