I agree with Shiver. You will most likely receive a system ban from Sony if you were to go online with the copied games.

If you haven't already updated to firmware 3.42, you can bypass the mandatory update and continue to play online. Apparently, you will still see the old PSN store etc.

Sony will ban you if you use it and they find out about it... Simple as that, nobody knows for certain yet but it is really common sense that if copy games and no longer need the disc then Sony is going to put there BAN hammer down....
