(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone

I've just got a question; How does the backup manager load the games? and How does it get rid of the disc encryption on the EBOOT.BIN file?

It doesn't that's why you must insert another disk to play backups, because it needs the eboot.bin file from the actual disk to trick it into playing, until we get a no disk driver it will work like this.

If it had to load the eboot from the disc then why would we back up the game if its going to load it from the disc?

Because you can use ANY disc for any backup. You don't need the same disc as the game

Ex: I backed up GOW3 and played it with my Skate 3 disc. Anything works.

So it just grabs the retail key from the disc and then loads the eboot.bin file wherever the backup is located?
