This is just a notice for everyone that the bypass you refer to as "Anon Proxy Bypass" is actually my clans TeCH Bypass.

Heres a run down.

I release it, and make a youtube. No one on NGU likes it, it gets buried then deleted. I go to xbox modding and become known. I come back to PS3 when my jtag breaks for some fun.

I find out about ps3 jailbreaking and learn about it. Then I see about firmware bypass attempts. I try it for myself, and fail like everyone else.

Then I see something about anon proxy bypass, and I am like WTF.

I don't know who got the trend out, and got the proxy known, but please give me credit. I would love for it to be called the TeCH ByPass. It would never have been even known without me in the start..

So I might be making a fool out of my self, and IDC. I am just pissed that the method spread without me!

I honestly cannot remember where I found out about it, but I don't think it was here. It might have been on youtube.

Now if you made the program why didn't you call it that in the first place? Or are you just talking about the method used to bypass the MW2 patch? Cause of what I know, that is the only thing it is good for right now.

HAHA I did NOT make the program. I picked the program for everyone to use b/c it was the easiest for noobies.

I created the method. At the time, only RFOM and "PS3 Patch Blocker" where used. The method is mine, so please respect my wishes and call it what I originally named it

Hmm, well not sure how you could convince the whole community to change the name it has been given. As it stands now, the name is quite generic (yet specific).

Best way would be to figure out something new with this method, post it and from then on the method would be referred to as the TeCH bypass. Or contact the mods, show them proof you did figure it out originally, then have them change the name of the floated thread.

Other than that, I think the damage is done and very few will actually make a attempt to give it a different name.

Its ok bout the name. All I ask is people give me credit for it. I would like to be referenced in the sticky as well. I PM'ed the guy who posted that tutorial. Just want people to know that I am the one who put this out there,
