what money? they tried selling it . sont took them to court. so they released it free to the interweb and now there trying to come up with an update to combat sony for stopping them from selling them. so i dont understand when you say there in it for the money

There will be an update soon enough, just takes time or a custom firmware which will enable online play and no updating which is jailbroken already

they never released it for free, mathieulh released PSGroove which is the dongles flash reverse engineered onto a teensy ++ and from that source code peoplez have made ports for other usb controllers.

I hope there is a custom firmware for 3.41, I'm glad I resisted the urge to host MW2 lobbies and there's no point as MW2 is crap and dead until IW fix it, which they won't as it's been to long.
