Download the quicker faster FTP server realised called blackbox ftp.

All you need is to type in your ps3 ip adress and port 21 aswell as FTPD12345 as the username and leave the password blank in filezilla or winscp(Untested)

This bypassed all the errors i was getting in filezilla with the older ftp server.
