Put your external hardrive into your PS3 and run back up manager backup one of your games the folders should now be created and then once your backup from the internet is finished downloading it should have a game id something like Blus00683 or something along those lines then move that to the newely created folder from backup manager called gamez.

Sorry me again lol , so once i download a game do i av 2 keep that game id or can i rename to the games real name ???

Im unsure try it and post back here i havent installed backup manager yet :L as ive been busy with modernwarfare 2 hacking .
