(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok guys, we all know about the ftp server, now let's talk about other methods, how bout HDD decryption, I don't know how to do that myself, but if we have multiple ways it may help, I was also thinking an FTP client or server for the PS3 web browser, any other ideas or known methods?

FTP server only works for sending things on a jailbroken ps3. Decyption works on any. Brenden has a good tutorial on decrypting the ps3 if you're trying. These are the only ways to mod files on the ps3.

So you're saying it's not possible for the web client to run an ftp server? I thought that was the best idea I had, well hdd decryption isn't worth it for me, I'll wait for another exploit if any comes along, if not I'll try to help others

You can run an FTP server, but the PSN will reject an unsigned .PKG unless you're on 3.41 FW and in jailbroken mode. It's currently immpossible for anyone except sony to sign a .PKG

It was a program, I'm saying it may be possible to run it with the web browser, kind of like web browser based media players or things like that, seems like a possible method

That's immpossible for the ps3 to run a program (without installing it) that a computer has to install. I'm not even sure if the ps3 can read .ink files. For it to be installed would be rather pointless, because again you'd have to be in jailbreak mode.
