Anyway Thats besides the point im getting a jailbreak but i need to be able to copy my moded patch on the 3.41 ps3 to my 3.50 ps3, but whenever i use a enthernet cable it either says connect a enthernet cable or make shure the other ps3 is on and so i tried that for a couple of hours but them i read it has to be a crossover cable online so i went out and bought one and still no difference!!! Please Help i don't want to have just wasted 70$ for nothin also i reformated both ps3

Yha it says no ethernet cable is connected

Either a PS3 unit or the Ethernet cable is defected. I hope it's the cable.

no what suck i have used 4 cables /facepalm im going to bring it in to future shop to see if they can fix

ok sorted..you need to set both to wired and not wireless

K every One i figured it out what i do anyways is i set up the one i want to transfer to first then the one i want to transfer and start the one to transfer to first it will say something like set ps3 to transfer, while its doing that start the one to transfer from like click transfer from this device then click ok untill it sais wating for transfer then go back to the other one and restart the transfer process and it should work it worked for me but now my friend toulk back his old ps3 over a disagrement so im going to buy another one on 3.41 so i can host lobbies for mw2 and blackops when patches come out. If it doesn't work message me and i will try to help
