PSJailbreak not detected?

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I recently brought a PSJailbreak and I found a tutorial to upgrade it. The tutorial is in Windows XP and not Windows Vista and I'm running in Vista. My PSJailbreak cannot detect my computer.. any ideas why? or could someone show me how to make it so it can detect the computer?

Firewall turn it off (windows one and anti virus 1 if Applicable)
it sometimes stops it
