Just a little safe warning to you guys. An obvious fake of PS3 3.50 Custom Firmware has been floating around in the internet for quite sometime from this You must login or register to view this content.. It has been confirmed by someone that the archive pack contains a virus. Not sure which one but you guys don’t want to mess with a virus right?

Anyway, about the fake 3.50 custom firmware. He basically saying that you need to patch the PSUPDAT.DAT with their supposedly a key signer, PUPSigner.exe, and then put the PSUPDAT.DAT into your PS3. Afterward, you supposedly will get a working 3.50 custom firmware with a PS3 Jailbreak mode. Well, i think his idea is quite interesting to sway people in believing this is true as anyone could have fall in his trap. I mean, seriously a PUPSigner? Wow.
