Lag switch set up question

Once upon a time...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, this is my first time posting on this forum. I think this website is wonderful and I'll be staying for a while. Anyhow, I made a lag switch ( I have a 360) and I use a wireless router and my modem is downstairs. Is there anyway I can set up the switch without plugging anything in to my modem.

no.. you need to be pluged in to something no matter what or else what u going to flip your switch to?

if you're using a wireless connection from that far away is with net tools, or if you get someone to stand near the modem downstairs with a walkie-talkie and you tell him when to flip it on and off... lol.
