I'm afraid you can't mate, infections can only be loaded from a CL, where the host has a modified patch file which either means 1 of 4 things;

1: Join a CL
2: Jailbreak, transfer patch from 3.41 --->3.50 ps3 get your own CL.
3: Decrypt ps3 hdd, put patch files in and re-encrypt only 2 people have successfuly done, it GL lol. Host your own CL.
4: Find your own weird way of injecting the code into the memory, none have been found so far.

you cant but god mode only works in a private match so it really doesnt matter

im sure unknown said he did a differnt method to hunters.

No need to be so stressed over that fact, i was merely suggesting, that 'type' of method of reading the hdd directly...........not saying they did the exact same thing.
