Just search for 3.41 (On Hex Editor)
And Change It

when you try to install it doesnt work. so its useless!

If we can make the ps3 actually think it is 3.51 then we are back in business. I think if hunter or theunkn0wn released there method of putting unsigned files on the ps3 we could put a 3.41 update file on it and try to update making it think it a real update.

I think we just need to find the D-Var that says what firmware It is or at least find out how the PS3 finds what firmware it is
