THERE IS NOT A JAILBREAK FOR 3.50 Ps3's! There maybe one in the future, but unlikely for a while.

WHAT you can do is get another ps3 with 3.41 firmware, patch the mw2 files, and use the data transfer utility to move the patch onto the 3.50 ps3.

If you think that flash drive is going to jailbreak your ps3...not going to happen mate. not possible.

no there isnt yet its just rumored there might be soon but not yet keep looking
