(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Since we can transfer patches via the data transfer utility cant we transfer the backup manager or any other homebrew app?

No, because those are debug/dev packages. A retail box has no way of running those.

It is still code that is unsigned which a retail box prevents.

ok 1 second here you cant install unasigned PKG's because their not signed by sony but what if its already installed on a Jb console (so bypassed the PKG signing problem) and then basically like copy and paste the already installed app and put it on a normal ps3 (using the data transfer utility)

You didnt read my previous answer. The code (the program) is still unsigned.

The program if you will is signed as well as the package to install it.

Retails can run debug/dev. Just not all the features are there. Also, I believe it's for 3.15 and bellow.
