Except the debugging options. If there was a way to enable features or install a debug firmware i believe it would be a big step in further hacking the ps3.

People can already install debug updates on a retail PS3, but it's the issue of needing to HDDs of the same size and lack of leaked updates that make this difficult

You can use two HDDs with different sizes but anyway what i wanted to know is if it is possible to enable these features on a jaillbroken ps3?

You can if you use a Firmware Loader...
You just gotta make the firmware...
It's not really hard, you just gotta have a debug ps3's flash...

It is possible, however Idk how to do it, the features are hidden in the retail 3.41 update, SKFU is working on it now, as well as PSN access I believe
