Ok first you mght want to try reseting your router an internet also make sure your using port 21 an your ip is the same as whats on the screen in ftp server on your ps3 an computer the way to change the ip an port on pc is to open filezilla clint site manager tell me if i help bro....:y:

I'm having the same problem right now

so many people have trouble with filezilla.

If you have attempted many times.. cant connect or keep getting disconnected. Try using WinSCP. The same as filezilla except iv never been disconnected or have any trouble connecting.

Quick tutorial..
1.) Open up ps3ftp or black box on ps3
2.)Open up winscp on computer
In host name put the ps3 ip address.
Change port number to 21
In username put ftpd12345
3.) Where it says File protocol.... click on the tab next to it and select FTP.
4.) Click login
