I then tried to downgrade my 3.50 PS3 with the dongle and it didn't work. I installed the program from both websites as well , just to be sure, can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong or why it won't install?

you put it in to service mode?

I tried to, you have to put the dongle into the far right USB port. I know that I installed the PSupdater software correctly and I know that I flashed my PSJB correctly with the correct serial. I don't get why it aint working?

Im sure you put it in any usb slot, an then you do the normal method.
After that i think you turn it off, an put it in the far right one.

by normal method i mean press power button and eject quickly

ok i need help on how to flash the software to the psjb and i dont have a S.NO. do i need it? and if i do how do i get it=i got the software from a freaind
