(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, I recently bought a official psjailbreak less than a week ago. I was able to downgrade the console smoothly and everything as well, therefore it was not a clone. I am now facing the issue of the psjailbreak flashing when I try to jailbreak the console. When I plug it into the computer it says 'windows has recognized a malfunctioned device' etc..

Basically, is the psjailbreak bricked? Or is it just in some sort of DFU mode or something /facepalm any help is appreciated!

Chances are, you screwed something up. Not sure if it's possible to restart.

Yeah, I tried re-installing the device from device manager, thinking maybe it just needed to be reflashed. However, it is not recognized by their update program anymore :(

Plugged the psjailbreak dongle in... thought maybe I just needed to reflash it.

Can’t trickshot me!
If the psjailbreak has malfunctioned. email the psjailbreak team and let them know whats happened and whats wrong.

Whats the harm in trying.. never know they might just replace Smile
