First make sure your on 3.50 if you are on 3.55 it wont work atleast for me it didn't! Then it looks like it didn't boot from usb it maybe because you didn't kill power on the system if you have fat ps3 hit the switch in back if you have slim unplug let me know if this helped!............................................ok just looked at video again and you have to kill power then go into jb mode then turn power on then power eject it sould work

You have to power cyle the ps3, then turn it on and press power, eject.
