How to use PSJSILBREAK CLONES to downgrade your console firmware from anything above 3.42 to 3.41.
For some reason this method works for some users, and doesnt work for others, Dont ask why? but it worked for me and my three Ps3's (Both PHAT and SLIM models) So yeah, if it works then woo! If not you did something wrong.
All we need for this is:
• A PS3 console of version 3.42 or above.
• A piece of PSJAILBREAK dongle.
• FAT32 USB flash drive with space over 130 MB.

1. Write the downgrade firmware into the PSJAILBREAK. The procedure is exactly the same as psjailbreak firmware written, Click

2. Ensure the console is power off, then insert psjailbreak into the right USB interface, then turn on the console again, press the out key as soon as you turn on the console, from this moment on do not power off till the end.
3. After screen flickers several times, the console turn off automatically, power light is red, which means entering factory service mode.
4. Find a USB flash drive, format it as FAT 32 system. Copy the downgrade file into the flash drive.
5. Put Lv2diag.self file from FILE1 directory and PS3UPDAT.PUP from PUP directory to this flash drive, make sure there’s no other files in it, insert this drive to the right USD interface(unplug other USB devices if there is any), then turn on the console.
6. Downgrade automatically processes right after the console starts up, and ends as the console turns off automatically.
7. unplug the flash drive, delete all files in it, then copy Lv2diag.self file from FILE 2 directory into it, then insert the flash drive into the right USB interface,restart the console.
8. Downgrade complete.
This instruction applies to all Atmel chipset dongle.
