Well by the looks of it, your just the typical person. A person who jailbreak's the PS3 just to play backups/lobbies. There's really not that much to do after that IMO.

There's custom firmware, console emulators (i.e. snes, nes, genesis), homebrew games, etc. But from what you have told in your post, I wouldn't recommend buying a 2nd PS3. Because you'll only be using it for 1 game (atm and assuming MW2 only), and PS3 backups are really huge in size and imo not worth it (also most of the good games the links are dead.)

So really it's all up to you, I thought the same thing a couple days ago. If I were you, a couple hundred dollars on a PS3 to hack a single game is not worth it. By the way, if you're still on 3.50 or 3.41, if lobbies is really what you want to do. I would recommend getting the patches you really like, use backup manager, and then update to 3.55. This way you can switch between patches. Lol long post.

u cant get banned sony will never know unless you breach there online system then they will console ban you....
