(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i am trying to transfer over a custom mw2 cl patch from a jailbroken 3.41 ps3 to a updated 3.55 ps3 to use the hacks online.

I have been told that this was patched with the 22/12/2010 psn user agreement and can no longer transfer patches and that i will just have to update my ps3 from 3.41 to 3.55.

Is this correct or am i being played on?

As much help as possible would be great please.

Works on all PS3's, if you own both PS3's, then use the data transfer method that uses an ethernet cord.

Look, try it for yourself. I am 100% that it works. Are you afraid that if you try it, and a message says, "sorry kid, it's patched, police will be there soon."

If you still have doubts, check up google. As no one will help a question as easy as this.

This Is Why i Do Not Want To Try It ! I Was Meerly Wondering If Anyone As Of Yesterday As In 22/12/10 Has Managed To Do A Successfull Mw2 Patch Transfer.

Ok if you are so paranoid about it, you shouldn't even be dabbling into MW2 hacks.

If such an update of 22/12/10 did exist, it would be big news around these forums.

You can no longer transfer patches over from a 3.41 playstation to an updated 3.55.

Recently We All Had To Agree To The Terms Of Use Again And This Meant That Once We Accepted The Data Transfer Utility Size Was Downsized From 300kb To 150Kb.... Each Custom Patch Has A Minimum Size Of 209Kb So Now It Is To Big For The Utility Meaning It Is Unable To Transfer.

If You Still Attempt To Do It It Will Complete Transfering. But The Patch You Are Trying To Transfer Will Be Erazed Along With The CURRENT Patch You Have On At The Moment.

Also When Infinity Ward Bring Out A New MW2 Patch, We Are Forced To Update To Get Online Meaning That We Lose Out Patch Altogether And With The Size Of The DTU Going Down. We Are Unable To Replace It.

Therefore i Am Advising That All Current MW2 Hosters Enjoy And Use Their Patch To The Full While You Still Have It.

Me And The Team At NGU Are Working Around The Clock To Try To Find A Way Around This.
