I don't think the PS3 can take a 2TB HDD.. The limit is like 500GB max... (I think) I'll google it ect and get back to you...

INTERNAL HDD Limit: As it's 500GB 2.5" 5400rpm SATA then you can use it.
EXTERNAL HDD Limit: Unlimited.

INTERNAL HDD Limit: As it's 500GB 2.5" 5400rpm SATA then you can use it.
EXTERNAL HDD Limit: Unlimited.
