Just because you are "offline" doesn't mean that your ps3 isn't sending data to Sony. To fix this disable the internet connection in your internet settings.

Cainfool, use your head? Sony would obvious just save the data to a file that is sent when the ps3 is reconnected to the network. Guys, just don't even worry, I am SURE sony has better things to do right now then ban you for some games. I am sure in the future bans will be delivered but for the time being you should be fine. Also, who really cares if you do get system banned within a week there will be software to get you back on I am sure.
