(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, I know it may be a nooby question but please just help me. If you install geohosts CFW or any CFW for that matter is it still easy to upgrade to the next update sony releases to counter this JB. I understand that you obviously loose the CFW but can your PS3 still recieve the updates? Thanks

turn your system off. then hold your finger on the ON button so it cycles from off-on-off. now remove for finger. place your finger back onto the ON button and hold it there again until you hear 2 fast beeps together then let go (you may hear one beep before the 2 beeps, keep pressing down till you hear 2 beeps in a row) it will prompt you to plug a controller in, do that and hit the PS button. scroll down to the last option which is system update. plug in a USB with the following in its root:
PS3(folder)>UPDATE(folder)>PS3UPDAT.pup

then hit the start and select buttons at the same time, it should do the rest for you.
