I am stuck at step 11, Ive placed all the folders in the correct location (at least im 99.9 % sure i have)

And now when i type in the string to make my self file im not getting anywhere..

So yea, If anyone could shed some light on what it is thats going wrong here, ive tried this like 300 times now, same result
