Get a backup manager .pkg put blu-ray disc game in and just copy it to hard drive.

i heard that no games are booting yet, i think someone is making/has made a modded eboot

You need to modify the eboot for most games. If you have the proper eboot for your game, move the USRDIR without the eboot.bin in it to /dev_hdd0/game/[game-id] (default path if nothing is in description). Put the eboot.bin you downloaded in the USRDIR (you may also launch a provided pkg).
