I unfortunately have non and have to rely on the clever kids of the forum helping me out:y:

-you install the downloaded pkg file on your cfw3.55jb
-you install the game from the disc via multiman
-now you have to move/copy the content of the installed game (USRDIR folder only) to the installed pkg folder (again to the USRDIR) WITHOUT THE EBOOT.BIN (because the pkg includes the patched eboot already!)
-tip: moving the content is faster than copying!!
-now you can start the game from the xmb without a disc
