Sony's case was rushed, I am sure of that, it's full of flaws, bias and even forged evidence (The paypal payment sent to geohot) they also are charging people around the world using U.S. law, and suing geohot for something other people are doing (Piracy) So i guess I can sue Smith And Wesson since my girlfriend was killed by one (Not really, just a comparison)

Honestly, I think he will loose, however, I don't think that he will do any serious time. Sony should go after him, I mean, after all, he did ruin the Ps3 community with his CFW, now that EVERYONE is using it.

I think he will win Sony are arguing the fact the key has been released will damage their system. The damage is done. Also he may well of made CFW but it does not able piracy untill someone modifys it. And his case is very similar to the one with Apple. His argument is do we really own the PS3? Yes of course we do so by using CFW we are doing nothing wrong and the outcome of this case will prove he did nothing wrong. And then its watchout Sony.
