well, this is believed to be true. there will defo be an update to 3.60 or 4.00 until they get hacked, too...

well people say that they need new hardware but then it cannot be backwards compatible because we would just sign are homebrew with the current keys and it will think its a old ps3 game so ya sony is pretty screwed.

uhmmm Well couldn't they just ban anyone whos Play the Jailbroke files or a priated game ppl say priated games are diff then reg or they ban/sue whoever was on a hacked file (Filemanager)
