Do you have the correct EBOOT.BIN in the USRDIR folder?

i tried with the Orginal one, and the one from this Forum.. Didnt worked..

I think the eboot in the megathread is for 3.41 as I saw the same file on another forum with a tutorial for 3.41 ps3's
