So A Few Requirements:

blackb0x FTP Server
- A PSN account (Obviously)
- Computer w/ Filezilla
- FTP-Server on PS3
- A .PNG Image
- GeoHot CFW 3.55

Now I'm not posting a tutorial on how to get any of the above, im sorry but there are a lot of threads out there.
Go and become a member, it's REALLY FUN!


TUTORIAL!!!!!!!!!!!

- Install and run blackb0x’s PS3 FTP Server

- Download a image off google images or make one of Photoshop.
Preferably (150x150) Less than 10kb, but a few kb over wont hurt.

- Connect to your PS3 using Filezilla.

- Find your Avatar that is on your profile at the moment. It should be located in the following directory: dev_hdd0/home/000000XX/friendim/avatar/me.png
the XX is the number of your user, example. If you go to users and what ever number user you are using thats the number to go to.

- Drag your newly made avatar into the folder (Has to be named "me.png")

- It should ask you to overwrite the currant avatar. Click Yes.

BOOM! There you go have fun.

p.s- Try to keep the images PG.
