And comgenies file manager isnt showing up either, im pretty sure i did everything correctly... Help!

Make sure the PKGs you downloaded are on the root of your USB.

the reason why its not showing up is because your hdd or flashdrive is formatted with ntfs. The playstation only reads devices formatted with fat32. so get yourself something preferably empty because when you reformat a drive it erases everything. thats what you need to do then it will show up... and while your at it go through a few extra steps to make your ftp or install pkg program undetectable there are ways.

FAT or FAT32
Im on FAT & it works fine.
Make sure the fils are on root of usb ( No Folders etc )
as said above.
make sure the Awesome file manager is signed!
Wont work otherwise.
