Maybe suggest it to the You must login or register to view this content., they've been developing an N64 Emulator for the PSP, and it's got some pretty darn amazing results (Super Mario 64 is pretty much perfect without Sound), and that is with a little machine with a 333Mhz CPU and 32MB RAM.

Failing that, wait for OtherOS to make it's return and once it's been able to get full access to the RSX then just download a ported N64 Emulator for PPC Linux.
