By full I mean turns on green light comes on for around 5 seconds then turns red. This was achieved while trying to down grade a 3.55 60gb phat launch model. I entered factory service mode shut down put USB turned on and all I got was black screen green flashing light. I left it on overnight remained the same way so shut it off following morning and resulted with the above mentioned info . Also I am unable to enter the recovery screen to attemp an unbrick with the recovery files and ofw

use the lv2 file 2 so you can get your ps3 out of service mode

So use the lvl2 file 2 with the 3.55 ofw ? I will try this but the issue is the just turns on for 5 seconds and
Right back off when trying anything else and I can't get to recovery mode

Success i can get to recovery menu how ever it won't let me do much from there
