i had this problem all you need to do is download the official firmware from ps3 hax (ps3 website not available ) onto a usb and then update by "storage device" on the ps3

I already installed the original firmware, but it is still there.

yeah he's trying to delete the install package files folder, i have that problem to, its not causing any harm right now since the cfw is gone so im just going to leave it.

Not causing issues for me either, but I would like to know how to at least move it out of the folder...
