Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Currently sending over something with blackbox which is going to take an hour or so. I'd like to play my 360 while I wait but I only have one HDMI cord and in the past when I've unplugged the cord while playing Xbox it's caused the console to error. I don't know if the same goes for PS3. Anyone know?

edit: Just to clarify I'm not an idiot who thinks HDMI is vital to an ftp transfer. My concern is by unplugging it that it will reset or in some way interrupt what's going on with the PS3, as it would if it were an xbox. I've never switched the cord while the PS3 was on so I have no point of reference.

No, it will not interrupt the transfer.

It won't affect the data transfer because HDMI is used to transmit video and audio to the TV. Winky Winky
